If you are a student, all you need to do is download the app and head in store to speak to a member of staff, who will give you a student code to activate in your app. This will give you 20% off when you scan your QR code at the kiosk in store, where your 20% off discount will automatically apply.

Open the app, select ‘Rewards’ on the bottom navigation bar to see your food and discount offers.

Open the app, and tap "QR Code" on the bottom nav bar. Scan this at the kiosk to sign in. Before paying, click ‘Claim Rewards’ (in pink) on the kiosk screen to apply any rewards you may have.

Challenges give you extra opportunities to earn points and rewards. We set the challenge and once you complete it, we automatically add the reward to your account. Good luck!

A Streak is achieved when you visit Chicken Shop 3 or more times over at least 3 consecutive weeks. It’s our way of rewarding your fried chicken loyalty!

Simply keep visiting us weekly and spend £3.50 or more on each visit! Once you’re on a Streak, you’ll automatically receive 100 bonus points with every purchase.
